Momochi-san Chi no Ayakashi Ouji S01

Himari Momochi receives a letter on her 16th birthday, informing her that she has inherited a mansion called "Momochi House". For Himari, who grew up in an orphanage, this mansion is the only remaining connection to her real family, so she ignores rumors that the mansion might be mysterious and enters it. There, she meets Ai Nanasaki and her companions, Ise and Yukari, who seem to be living in the new house. Although they try to persuade her to leave, Himari swears to expel them from the house herself. However, she is soon attacked by Yukai and discovers that the house is located between the world of the living and the realm of spirits. More astonishingly, Ai was chosen as the guardian of the house - a position that was supposed to be for Himari. However, this great power came with a heavy price: Ai can never leave the mansion, and her existence in the human world has been erased. Himari, ignoring Ai's requests to leave the mansion, promises to help her break the curse of being trapped in the house, while she herself lives in the same house.
